Andrea Visotschnig has a degree in international business administration and international development and, thereby, combines the knowledge of economic basics with the discourses in the field of international power relations and path dependencies. In various projects of Caritas Vienna she has been focusing on optimizing processes and structures in order to allocate the resources and competencies of the respective team efficiently.
