Milan Vračar is an expert in cultural management and youth work, with extensive experience in organizing cultural projects. He graduated from the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad with a thesis on “Media and Organizational Aspects of Contemporary Theater Festivals.” Since 2001, as the president and founder of the Association Kulturanova, he has been actively coordinating and producing projects such as festivals, exhibitions, concerts, and performances. He was a member of the coordination team for the Council of Europe campaign “All Different – All Equal” in Serbia and organized tours of bands from Serbia abroad. He has also worked as a project manager on EU projects, including the international Cinema City Film Festival. Milan has participated in numerous international residencies and was involved in organizing festivals in Slovenia, Croatia, and Russia. As a member of several professional networks, including the Balkan Rock Council, he contributes to the development of cultural initiatives in the Balkans. Additionally, he is active as a trainer and mentor in the youth sector.
